Meet Jay Rundle

With over three decades of experience in accounting, finance, and executive management, Jay has a reputation for delivering results. His unique insights into the telecommunications and transportation & logistics industries have positioned him as a leader in those fields.

Jay began his professional career with the Defense Contract Audit Agency before earning his CPA certification while at Moss Adams, CPAs. Jay leveraged those accounting and finance skills into leadership and executive roles, in the ensuing years, in commercial banking with Wells Fargo, manufacturing with Precision Castparts, telecommunications with Sprint, New Edge Networks, XO Communications, and Blue Mountain Networks, and in transportation & logistics with Distribution Inc dba FTL, Celadon Group, and PS Trucking.

Jay is a licensed CPA in Washington and Oregon, a Certified Value Builder Advisor, and a Certified Mergers and Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Jay holds an MBA in finance through Portland State University. Jay is committed to steering companies towards sustainable growth, success, and peak valuations.

Jay is an avid runner, swimmer, kiteboarder, and snow skier, mountain biker, and fly fisherman. Jay is an active board member of the Epilepsy Foundation of Oregon and an energetic advocate for epilepsy awareness and research. When not working or pursuing outdoor adventure, Jay enjoys time with family and friends and volunteering.
